COURIERS
S.Moritz ships to Italy, the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino via BRT courier.
Shipments to countries within the European Union are made by DHL courier.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipments to Italy, the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino are free. However, we always recommend that you read the general conditions of sale carefully as they may be subject to updates / changes.
Shipments to countries within the European Union are free for orders over €150.00, for smaller amounts they cost €10.00.
DELIVERY TIME
The goods are prepared and delivered within 48/72 hours of receipt of payment.
Orders received on Fridays after 12.00 and orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered to the carrier within 4/5 working days. Remember that delivery times are for indicative purposes only and, although they are usually respected, we cannot guarantee them, as they are subject to events beyond our control and responsibility
DELIVERY METHODS
The courier usually delivers from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday on the street level and without notice. In the absence of the recipient, to certify the passage, the courier sends an e-mail which also indicates the useful contacts to reschedule a second delivery. If you have not contacted the courier within one day of the second delivery attempt, the package will remain in storage with the courier for 10 working days. If you do not collect it even during the storage period, the product will be returned to us and the order will be considered canceled with deduction of shipping and storage costs.
ORDER STATUS
At the time of shipment you will receive from us or directly from the courier communication of the shipment number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package. You can check where your package is from the website of the indicated courier. Upon delivery, check that the packaging / envelope is intact. Our packages / envelopes will be closed with our branded tape. If you notice any damage, you can contest it by putting a reasoned written control reserve (eg "crushed packaging" or "torn envelope"). Only by fulfilling this operation will you be able to activate the refund procedure.
ORDER LOST
If you do not receive the goods within 96 hours from the shipping confirmation e-mails, contact our Customer Service by sending an e-mail to servizioclienti@smoritz.it or by calling n. 085.4310337.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
The address specified at the time of order confirmation is used as the delivery address. Please check that it is correct in all its parts to avoid misunderstandings at the time of delivery. We remind you that it is important to enter your telephone number to be able to contact you at any time in case of problems with delivery.
